The problem

Crowdbox's Salesforce instance was full of duplicate, dead, and missing-field records. The data team couldn't build clean campaign lists fast enough to keep their SDRs moving.

What I did

Implemented Clay alongside Salesforce. Built enrichment workflows that verified LinkedIn URLs, mobile numbers, and core firmographics across the entire database. Deduplicated and merged at scale, with audit trail.

Devon helped clean and enrich 47k accounts, verified 223k contacts and removed 165k duplicate accounts. The Clay integration sped up manual processes like phone enrichment and got accurate campaign data to the SDR team much faster.
