How devonkellar.com handles data about the people who visit it, in plain language. Last updated 24 August 2026.

Who this is about

This site is run by Devon Kellar, an independent GTM systems builder based in the UK. If you want to reach me about anything on this page, email devon@devonkellar.com.

The short version

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate-only. It records things like which pages are viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device and browser was used. It does not set advertising cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and does not identify you as an individual.

Visitor identification (RB2B)

This site uses RB2B, a business-to-business visitor identification service. It is configured to identify visitors in the United States only. The script itself runs for all visitors in order to function; what is limited to the US is who can actually be identified.

In RB2B’s own words, which I am asked to reproduce:

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses.

You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout.

What this means in practice, said plainly: if you visit this site from a US company, I may learn the name of that company and a work email address associated with the visit, and I may email you about my services. I use it as a business development signal. I do not use it to build a profile of your personal life, and I do not sell it.

How to opt out

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how I am using it, or ask me to stop sending you marketing. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, those rights come from the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have comparable rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. I do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these, email devon@devonkellar.com. There is no cost and I will not ask you to justify the request. If you are in the UK and you are unhappy with how I have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

What else I collect

If you email me, book a call, or fill in a form, I keep what you send me so I can reply and keep track of the conversation. That information is stored in my email and in my CRM. I keep it for as long as there is a live business reason to, and delete it on request.

Sharing

I do not sell personal information and I do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Data is processed by the service providers that run this site and my tooling, including Vercel (hosting and analytics), RB2B (visitor identification), and my email and CRM providers. Each acts under its own privacy terms.

Changes

If I change the tools this site uses, I will update this page and change the date at the top.
